1. Services
GetEliteResume provides professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and related career services. All services are delivered digitally via email or direct message.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds specified at purchase:
- Basic: 1 revision round
- Standard: 2 revision rounds
- Premium: Unlimited revisions for 14 days from first draft delivery
4. Refund Policy
If we deliver a first draft and you are not satisfied after completing all included revision rounds, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked. This excludes cases where the client fails to provide necessary information (job history, target roles, etc.) within 7 days of booking.
5. Confidentiality
All client information — including resumes, LinkedIn profile URLs, personal details, and career history — is kept strictly confidential. We never share, publish, or reuse client materials without explicit written permission.
6. Result Guarantee
We guarantee a professionally written document that accurately represents your experience. We do not guarantee interview callbacks, job offers, or specific hiring outcomes. Career results depend on many factors beyond a resume.
7. Limitation of Liability
GetEliteResume's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
